Au gré des vagues

This wall was made with Planète Émergences in Marseille. The title refers to our current situation, with the covid waves stricking and locking us all down, I represented the city of Marseille as a boat because it feels somehow that we are all quarentined on the same boat right now.

The titlle can also refers to the refugees lost at sea but the main meaning remains a tribute to women who explore, raise, feed, love, protect, keep us together… They have been doing that for centuries now an d I think that, in theses uncertain time, the world urgently neds woman common sense and understanding in the frontline to come back afloat.
